Simona Popova

Simona_gray1Simona Popova is an Associate Attorney.  She received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2013.   While in law school, Simona was a Student Ambassador, a member of the Society of Bar and Gavel, and in the Fall of 2011, she served as a judicial intern to Justice Peggy A. Quince in the Supreme Court of Florida.

Simona earned her Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Music from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. While at Baylor, Simona was a member  of Alpha Lambda Delta and Pi Kappa Lambda honor societies and was a Top One Hundred Freshmen.

Simona is a native of Sofia, Bulgaria.  She is fluent in Bulgarian, has a working knowledge of Spanish and Russian, and conversational knowledge of German.  Prior to entering the legal field, Simona was a concert pianist and a music teacher in Asuncion, Paraguay; Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; and Dhaka, Bangladesh.
